The positive: FormSite provides an incredible tool that is both professional and easy to use. Lots of flexibility/freedom, branching logic, emphasis on secure forms, integration with third parties.

The negative: None.

Overall: FormSite is just great... been around for a long time and always a step ahead of the competitors.

The positive: Simple, clean, I can make the form as complicated or simple as I want.
|
|
The negative: I don't use it enough to know the negatives but sometimes I forget to log in to check entries.

Overall: Perfect app for adding forms to your website, free version is pretty solid too.

The positive: Easy to use (both for entry and for users), plus the ability to allow users to password a form and make entries in more than one session.
|

The negative: The jump from the Pro 1 to Pro 2 plans (10 to 25 forms) is a big cost jump.
|

|
Overall: We've used several form builders and we're very satisfied with formsite.
